MY ROLE
APPROACH
Design and transform the reception space with couple's literary wedding theme under limited amount of time.
Design guest experience as Wedding Planner, Day-of and Decorations Coordinator being mindful for flow and layout of event space.
After finalizing the look of each table, I was able to organize and delegate set-up 2 hours before the reception began.
PROCESS
Interviewed and collaborated with client to ensure satisfaction. There were a few details that needed to be finalized: style list, flow of events, and number of tables available for the reception space. Designing on a budget, I was able to sketch ideas for each table. The layout and decorations were heavily dependent on the guest's flow through the space.
